Start in the Android app: create a Workspace as its Owner or join by invitation, subject to membership approval. The Owner configures units, access and planning policies.

Select WFH or Leave dates and review the request. Membership, assignment, conflicts and the Workspace’s policy determine eligibility.

Review within authority
The authorized reviewer sees the relevant request and makes a permitted decision. Follow status and messages in the app.
Authority & status
Keep the plan up to date
When plans change, use the supported cancellation or fresh-application flow. A timeout is not confirmation that a request succeeded.
